Dr Zach Schmidt
Zach went to Kettle Moraine High School(’94), Carroll College(’98), and Marquette University(’03). He jokes that if he got any more schooling he’d end up in Lake Michigan because he kept moving East. His hobbies include hunting and fishing, reading and movies, SCUBA diving and home brewing. He listens to a wide variety of music, from AC/DC to Beethoven, from Mozart to Metallica, from Van Halen to Zac Brown Band. He plays a little ukulele on the side. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family, and recently took up a golf league with some high school friends. He’s still working on his slice.
Zach is a member of the Lake Country Freemason #42 lodge and Waukesha Lodge #37 of Freemasons as well as a full member of the York Rite. He greatly enjoyed the time spent with the members and their families as well as working with the community. But for the short term he is concentrating his full time and effort on his dental office.
Zach lives with his wife Becky in Waukesha. Becky is the one who chose all of the colors for the office, the website and his logo. Becky’s expertise as an artist is greatly appreciated. She has done almost every painting in their house and many for friends and family. Becky teaches Art (drawing and painting, ceramics and jewelry) at Nicolet High School.
Registered Dental Hygenist
Elia graduated from MATC in December of 2018 with an A.A.S in Dental Hygiene.
Prior to her dental hygiene degree she was working as a bilingual dental assistant since 2011.
She always treats patients the way she would like her family to be treated. She loves her job because she enjoys meeting new people all the time and gets to hear many interesting stories. This gives her the opportunity to bring current knowledge and the latest in oral health to share it with them.
Elia was born in Mexico and raised in Milwaukee making her a fluent bilingual Spanish/English speaker. She finds it very fulfilling to be able to break the language barrier that many patients face.
One of her talents is art and has been involved with it since she was very young. Her favorite media is watercolors and color chalk. She also enjoys dancing, hiking, heights and anything that involves adrenaline like roller coasters and skydiving! One of her ultimate and most favorite things to do is traveling with her boyfriend and exploring new places.
Amy spent most of her career in Recruiting and Human Resources. She has spent the past 2 plus years as a Receptionist in the dental field and feels she has found that her passion for helping others has led her to our dental office. She loves to meet new people and build relationships with our patients. She loves her job using her dental knowledge to assist you with your questions and concerns. She really enjoys the chemistry that our team produces from day to day and the positive impact that patients have when we interact with them on a daily basis. Amy always has a smile on her face and feels that patients should feel respected, valued, cared for and a part of something special.
Amy is a very creative person and you can always find her making something new. She can be found crocheting, knitting, sewing, making organic products with essential oils, and designing DIY projects for around the house. You will always find a book in Amy's hand, she reads about 100 books a year. She loves to spend as much time as she can with her 2 sons, Mark and Adam. Her and husband, Steve, love to take train trips across the US, riding bicycle trails around Wisconsin and taking walks with their dogs, Jake and Lucy.
